Dashing Into Summer

Dean Borghi Fine Art is pleased to announce Dashing Into Summer, a solo exhibition featuring the works of contemporary artist Tom Dash. The exhibition will be on view at our gallery located at 529 West 20th Street, New York City, New York - 6th Floor starting on June 11th, 2019.

In this exhibition we will be displaying a selection of works from contemporary artist Tom Dash. Drawing inspiration from various societal issues, music and popular culture themes, Dash’s work comments on the various themes that have become intertwined strands of our society. Having worked as lead fabricator for artist Richard Prince, Tom Dash drew a lot of his inspiration from the artist he worked with him; allowing him to grow and aid other artists through opening a studio of his own. 

Dash continues to create work in various mediums including painting, photography and sculpture while drawing from his years of life experience added to his formal training, he continues to present us with reflections of the world we’re living in. After living in Portland, Oregon for many years, he returned to the east end of Long Island, New York and has since set up a permanent resident there where he continues to make work.
